Aspen learned a new trick. The funny thing is she has to use her entire body to do it. Megan is in the background doing it back to her.

Adrian and his brothers hiked Angels Landing. It took 3 hours round trip. What a beautiful site, I wish I could have gone, and yes those barrels say Human Waste, well it has to go somewhere! Good job honey I am proud of you.

More Pictures from our first camping trip, yes we camped in Zions for three nights, what a blast. Aspen helped Micah and Shey make breakfast and we made her a turbin to keep her head warm. HE HE HE she is sooo cute.

There are just too many pictures to do descriptions of so I am going to put them up in no particular order. As a family we went to Zions National Park. We had so much fun and Aspen loved hiking. I would to if I got to ride around on Dad's back! It was so beautiful and we enjoyed being with Adrian's Family. Aspen is rolling around, getting into everything and really just being so dang cute. We love our little family and are enjoying being parents.

SO much to blog about!! It has been a busy couple of months. First off, Adrian and I graduated from Utah State University on May 8, Wahoo!!!! Adrian has a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics with a minor in Personal Financial Planning (yes that is 2 bachelors) and I have my bachelors in Exercise Physiology. We are so happy to be done. Next off, Adrian is becoming a partner with his Dad up in Idaho. They will be running Randy's X-Treme, a well known gymnastic instruction and all around fun gym. Founded by Adrian's Dad. That means we are moving to Pocatello, Idaho this August. We are so sad to leave Logan but are looking forward to this new adventure in our lives.

Even though I have not been a mom for very long (3.5 months) I wanted to make a list of things that I have learned so far so here it is.
1. There is always time to play and read stories with Aspen ( no matter how many dishes are in the sink)
2. It doesn't matter if laundry needs to be done, when Daddy comes home it is family fun time.
3. Don't rush bath time, sometimes the baby just needs to splash.
4. Have a schedule, being on time to church is essential!
5. Let Aspen jabber, silence (peace and quiet) is overrated.
6. Make time for your husband, don't become good roommates. Stay up a little later to have time together with out the little one.
7. Always talk to your baby, they like the sound of your voice and it is never to early to teach them how to cook. I do most of my talking in the kitchen!
8. Let Dad do it, it doesn't have to be your way.
9. No one knows your baby better than you.
10. Aspen's laugh is all the reward I need to be her mom.
Those are the little things I have learned, and I have a lot more learning to do!

That smile is what makes my day. I wake up to that smile every morning, does life get any better?
Adrian took this picture. This is my new favorite thing to do, take a nap with my sweet Aspen! There is always room in my day to cuddle with her.

I am so proud of my husband! He helped put together an awards banquet for all student athletes at USU. Since he has been an athlete for the last five years I am sad that this is our last one, but very grateful too! The night went off perfectly it couldn't have been better! Go Adrian I love you!

Aspen is almost 5 weeks old now! I can't believe how fast she is growing, She is such a big grunter, she hardly ever cries, just grunts with a smile or a smirk to let you know what mood she's in and I love it! These are pics of her with her new stuffed rabbit from Aunt Lindsey in I guess my favorite outfit on her. She just looks so cute in green.
